1. About us

Propartnerpitch is a sole-operator field recording library selling digital sound libraries, based in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. Contact: info@propartnerpitch.com.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund is issued.

All products are digital audio files delivered via download link. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept all major debit and credit cards. No card details are stored on our servers.

5. Licence

When you purchase a Propartnerpitch volume, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free commercial licence to use the audio files in your own productions. You may:

  • Use the recordings in unlimited commercial releases, films, games, broadcast and streaming productions
  • Use the recordings for clients and in work-for-hire productions
  • Use the recordings in live performances, installations and synchronisations

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell or sublicense the raw audio files
  • Share download links or files with anyone else
  • Include unmodified files in another sound library, sample pack, or stock-audio platform for sale
  • Claim authorship of the recordings themselves

6. Refunds

Full details are in our Refund Policy. Summary: 30 days, no questions asked.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms restricts those statutory rights. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) regulates consumer protection in Australia (accc.gov.au).

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you ordered. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or consequential damages, except where such limitation is prohibited by the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including audio files, photography, copy and branding, belongs to Propartnerpitch. The licence granted upon purchase is limited to Section 5.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales. Australian consumers retain the right to bring matters before the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or a state Office of Fair Trading where applicable.
