All Propartnerpitch products are digital audio files. There is no physical shipping involved. Delivery is instant by email at the moment payment clears.

Download format

• Each volume delivered as a single zip archive
• Audio format: 24-bit / 96 kHz WAV stereo
• Broadcast WAV (BWF) metadata embedded: source location, time, weather, microphone configuration
• Soundminer-compatible tagging out of the box

How it works

1. Place your order and complete checkout
2. You receive an email with a secure download link within minutes
3. Unzip and drop into your project folder, Soundminer database, or DAW
4. Search by location, time, or habitat using the embedded BWF metadata

Did not receive the email?

• Check your spam folder (some mail providers route automated receipts there)
• Add info@propartnerpitch.com to your contacts
• Email us with your order details and we will resend the link

Download link validity

Download links are valid for 14 days and allow up to 5 downloads. If you need a fresh link beyond that, email us at info@propartnerpitch.com and we will send a new one.

Lifetime updates

If a volume receives an update from a future trip, you will receive a new download link at the email address you used to purchase. There is no additional charge.

File integrity

Your download link is unique to your purchase. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), your personal information is protected throughout the delivery process. See our Privacy Policy.
