Propartnerpitch ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Who we are

We are Propartnerpitch, a sole-operator field recording library based in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. You can reach us at info@propartnerpitch.com.

2. What we collect

• Your name and email address at checkout
• Order details and payment confirmation (no full card numbers are stored by us)
• IP address and browser type (for fraud prevention and analytics)

As we sell digital audio files only, we do not collect physical addresses.

3. How we use your data

• To process your purchase and deliver your download links
• To send order confirmations and delivery instructions
• To respond to support requests and licence enquiries
• To comply with Australian taxation and record-keeping law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Data sharing

We share data only with Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and our email delivery service for order confirmations and download links. None of these parties are permitted to use your data for their own marketing.

6. Retention

We retain order records for at least 5 years to comply with Australian Taxation Office requirements. Contact-form enquiries are deleted after 12 months.

7. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles

• Access the personal information we hold about you (APP 12)
• Request correction of inaccurate information (APP 13)
• Withdraw consent and request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au)

This site uses essential, session-level cookies only. No tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Cross-border transfers
